What is a LILLYMARIS box?
A LILLYMARIS box is your own personal styling experience — we hand-pick natural fiber pieces based on what you love, your wardrobe goals, your style, your size and measurements and your Pinterest board — delivered straight to your door. Every single box is curated by hand.
How does it work?
It's simple! Browse our 6 collections and find your style — then choose your box size, Starter, Signature or Premium, and head to checkout to secure your box. Your personal style questionnaire will be sent to your email right away. Fill it in, submit it and we get to work — hand-picking pieces from thrift shops, consignment stores, estate sales and vintage markets. Your curated box is then packed with care and shipped free to your door!
How many pieces will I receive?
Starter — 4 to 6 pieces. Signature — 8 to 10 pieces. Premium — 12 to 15 pieces.
Sizing & Fit
Can I choose specific pieces?
While you can't select individual pieces, your personal style questionnaire is extremely detailed — giving you full control over what goes into your box. You'll share your sizes and measurements, your favorite colors, fabrics, pieces you love and what to avoid. You'll also choose exactly what types of pieces you'd like — dresses, skirts, trousers, tops, short sleeve, long sleeve and so much more. Even your Pinterest board. The more you share the more personal your box becomes.
How do you make sure pieces fit me?
Your style questionnaire includes detailed sizing questions — your top, bottom and dress size, waist, hip, bust and inseam measurements. The more detail you share the better we can select pieces that fit you beautifully.
What if something doesn't fit?
We do our absolute best to get the fit right based on your measurements. If something doesn't work please reach out to us at hello@lillymaris.com and we'll make it right.
Natural Fibers & Sourcing
Are all pieces 100% natural fibers?
We work exclusively with natural fibers — linen, cotton, silk, cashmere, wool, denim and ramie. There are two small exceptions we want to be completely transparent about:
1. Occasionally a piece may contain up to 5% spandex, lycra or elastane for stretch and shape — think stretch denim or pieces with an elastic waist for added comfort. We keep this to an absolute minimum.
2. Tailored and structured pieces — particularly in our Everyday Minimalist collection — may have non-natural fiber linings for shape and comfort, such as blazers and tailored trousers.
Both of these are covered in your personal style questionnaire. You can opt out of either or both at any time and we will curate your box accordingly. Your comfort and preferences always come first. We never include pieces containing polyester, nylon, rayon or acrylic as a main fabric. Ever.
Where do you source the pieces?
We go above and beyond to find pieces that are truly special — sourcing from thrift shops, consignment stores, estate sales and local vintage markets near and far.
Are the pieces secondhand?
Yes — all LILLYMARIS pieces are sustainably sourced from thrift shops, consignment stores, estate sales and vintage markets. While all pieces are sustainably sourced, it's not unusual for items to arrive new with tags still attached.
Every piece is carefully selected for quality and condition. No worn out or damaged pieces — ever.
What brands can I expect?
We curate around quality, fabric and style — not brand names. You might find well known names like Free People, Madewell, Reformation, Levi's and Eileen Fisher alongside beautiful vintage and independent pieces — as well as exciting designer finds.
Share your favourite brands in your style questionnaire and we'll use them as inspiration. No guarantees on specific brands — but always a guarantee on quality, natural fibers and personal curation.
We never include ultra fast fashion brands such as Shein, Fashion Nova, Boohoo or similar. Ever.
Item Condition
What condition are the pieces in?
Every piece is carefully selected for quality and condition. All items are thoroughly inspected, washed and steamed before being packed in your box — ready to wear straight away. While all pieces are sustainably sourced, many arrive new with tags still attached — sourced from estate sales, consignment stores and vintage markets. Whether new with tags or gently pre-loved, every piece meets our quality standard. We never include worn out, damaged or heavily used items — ever.
Are the pieces clean?
Absolutely — every single piece is washed and steamed before it goes into your box. Your pieces arrive fresh, clean and ready to wear.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take?
Please allow up to 4 weeks for curation and delivery — though we often surprise you sooner! Curation begins as soon as your style questionnaire is submitted. You'll be notified as soon as your box is packed and on its way. Any questions during the curation process will always be communicated with you directly through email or message.
How much is shipping?
Free. Always. On every single box — no minimum, no exceptions.

How much does a LILLYMARIS box cost?
Starter — $199 / Signature — $349 / Premium — $499. Free shipping always included.
When do I pay?
You pay once at checkout to secure your box, and curation begins as soon as your style questionnaire is submitted.
Do you offer refunds?
Because every box is personally curated for you and all pieces are sustainably sourced secondhand items, we are unable to offer refunds. However if you are unhappy with your box please reach out to us at hello@lillymaris.com — your satisfaction is important to us and we will always do our best to make it right.

Yes please! Your style questionnaire is the heart of your LILLYMARIS experience. Curation begins as soon as it's submitted. The more detail you share the more personal and spot-on your box will be!
